On the 9th of July, our William Mitchell Ltd  Fineblanking and Rical Group HQ welcomed Dr Jenni Jones , Associate Professor in Coaching and Mentoring at University of Wolverhampton and the team from Stone's Throw Media .

Both came to our Tramway site in Smethwick to record a film that will be used as part of a joint project between the University of Wolverhampton and Pertemps Network Group creating a video to be shown to school children to excite them about a career in businesses and manufacturing. This is all part of the UK government Levelling Up Report

The Workforce of the future report was launched at the UK Governments Houses of Parliament, a culmination of a series of roundtables between private and public sectors brought together by the Pertemps Network Group group and the The Purpose Coalition hosted by Carmen Watson and Chaired by Lord Witney. The roundtables and Parliamentary reception (at which Rical Group. made representation for the manufacturing sector) identified common challenges such as skills gaps and technological advances.

Rical Group thank our William Mitchell Fine Blanking teams for their input during the filming and agreeing to be interviewed in front of the camera!

Howard Nuttal (General Manager) Gaby Mach (Manufacturing Manager), Keiran Murphy (Toolmaker and PM Supervisor), Dawn Robbins (HR & Finance) and Lukasz Siwiec (Junior Quality Engineer)
